On April 7, Clearfield Borough Police were called out to CBT Bank for reports of a suspicious man. Bloom allegedly put his hand inside of his pants several times during a bank transaction with a female teller.

At first, she thought that he might be reaching for a gun but then as it kept happening she believed that he was inappropriately touching himself. A coworker said she thought the same thing was happening, and she also noted that Bloom had called her “babe” or “honey” as he left.

Police reviewed the security footage and saw that Bloom put his hand into his pants multiple times.

His preliminary hearing is set for May 17.
